Extrinsic Motivation: Extrinsic motivation humein kisi dusre ke dwara motivate kiya jaata hai. Hum apne life mein kuch karne ke liye kisi dusre ke dwara motivate hote hain. Extrinsic motivation se hum apne life mein positive changes laye aur apne goals tak pahuch sakte hain.
